"I decided to upgrade to Sena 50s. Bill installed, paired and wired my helmet either speakers and mic. Later I was having issues and called Bill. The store was closing at 7pm. He told me to come to the store and he would take care of it. I got there right at 7 and he stayed there until 7:30 with me to be sure everything worked. He is truly an asset to your company! I’d say promote him but then I would be upset he wasn’t in the store any longer!! 5-Stars"
